OUR ROLE :
Oxygen produced by our Nugen range of PSA Generators are used in burners during the manufacturing and shaping of various glass products such as Glass Bulbs and Glass Tubes, Ampoules and T.V. Picture Tubes.

Nitrogen produced by our Nugen range of PSA Generators is filled to create inert atmosphere in a variety of glass products such as halogen lamps and tubes.

Our Nugen range of PSA Gas Generators are used to produce Nitrogen & Hydrogen in a variety of processes in most of the bulk drug/pharmaceutical plants.

BULK DRUGS
Nitrogen is widely used to provide blanket covering thus avoiding any explosions during chemical processing and storage. Further Nitrogen also prevents oxidation of reactive chemicals.

Hydrogen is one of the most frequently used chemical ingredient in a wide variety of chemical processes.

PHARMACEUTICALS
In Pharmaceuticals formulation and packaging plants, Nitrogen protective atmosphere is critical to preserve purity and potency of drug being filled in the ampoules and vials .

While Oxygen is invariably used in an ampoule filling and sealing machine.
